Tingling Sensation In Right Arm, Heartburn, Feeling Of Pins On Foot. History Of Carpel Tunnel. On Tylenol. Suggest
Presently having somewhat of a tingling sensation in my right arm and hand. Last year I went to the emergency room and had corporal tunnel (not sure about spelling). Inclusive, I have heartburn one in a while, and have had a feeling in my foot at night of a sharp pin, or it feels like an insect bite. Last night I took Tylenol, and there were no symptoms in my feet.

tingling sensation in hands and burning sensation in foot is neurogenic in origin.....start taking nerve stabilizing vitamin (vit B6) in oral or injection form for a month,,,,along with tricyclic or any other anti depressant like GABAPENTIN...

Tingling sensation in the arm could be due to a nerve root irritation in the cervical spine. To exactly diagnose this problem, you need a MRI scan. Momentarily, take daily supplementation of Vit B2,B6 & B12 to suppress the symptoms of tingling in the arm.
Temporary management of heart burn is by taking Antacid Liquid twice or thrice daily. If symptoms persist, you may need an UPPER G.I.ENDOSCOPY to rule out gastritis or ulcer.
Consult your treating physician for a detailed workup and management.

Tingling sensation in your arm and foot could be due compression of nerve roots. Tingling in hands can occur due to carel tunnel syndrome. Thorough clinical examination is required to diagnose the condition. Taking methylcobalamin suplements might be helpful .
