Toddler With Vomiting With Low Grade Fever, Fed Tuna Casserole. Suggestion?

Hi. 18 month old boy started vomiting Monday night (3 times) Tuesday no vomit. Fed him tuna casserole (shouldn t have done that) Wednesday night vomit (5 times). Thursday no vomit. Soft stool started Tuesday. Friday (today) started low grade fever (98-99.9). He is eating toast, bananas, and drinking water. Has kept it down since Wednesday. What s going on? Thank you.

hello jcshriver, i think this a infection , you should go for stool test , you can use domperidone drops for vomiting and sporolac sachet for motion and fever continue use crocin drops but if fever continue you should take advice of paedatrician
