Took 2 Pills Of Mifeprin Followed By 2 Pills Of Zitotec With Insertive Pills For Pregnancy Termination. No Bleeding. Suggest

Hi doc
My wife has 2 months pregnancy and we went to hospital to terminate. for termination she took 2 pills of mifeprin 200mg and after 48 hours she took 2 pill of zitotec 200mg, 2 more pills to put it in some, but bleeding not yet started. also she feel stomach pain.so she can't do eat and sleep. how can she confirm that termination?
And she want to put remaining pill in somewhere, is it correct? Pls suggest next

Thanks for your query.
Normally, medical abortion consists of 2 pills of Mifeprin, followed by 4 pills totally of Misoprost.
So yes, she has taken the complete dose, and no more medication needs to be taken.
Bleeding and cramping generally occurs anytime 48 - 72 hours after taking the medication.
Also, spotting and bleeding can last upto a fortnight.
Right now, wait for 2 - 3 days, and if there is no bleeding, then consult your gynecologist for additional dosage.
Confirmation of completion of abortion is done by an ultrasound scan conducted 15 days after the medication is completed, to check if the uterine cavity is empty.
