Took Ipill After Unprotected Sex. Since Then Having Abdominal Pain And Bleeding Today. What Could Be The Reason?

I am ritisha from India. My periods ends on 2nd of this month and on 8th I have sex with my fiance and i can't hold the pain so he didn't insert his penis and releases all his sperm on my lower lips and after 1hour I take an IPILL and on 10th I got some vaginal blood and it stopped on that day and from 10th till date I got acute pain in my abdomen and in my lower back and today once again I got vaginal blood. please help me

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
The spotting is a common side effect of the I pill.
It is common to have withdrawal bleeding and spotting after taking the I pill.
Also, the pain also is common after taking emergency contraception.
So these are expected side effects.
Regarding pregnancy, please take a pregnancy test 4 weeks after unprotected intercourse.
If there was no vaginal penetration, then chances of pregnancy are almost zero.
Do not take I pill repeatedly.
It will cause irregular menstrual cycles.
