Hello Brother,
I went thro' the history you have told regarding your girl friend.
Nausea,
morning sickness,
constipation, tired, low BP is associated with fever are due to fever only. Lowering of blood Count means which particular count is low is very important to assess the type of fever. Anemia, increased WBC, and decreased thrombocytes may common in fever of any etiology.
spotting and mild bleeding may be the effect of morning after pill. Followed regular period was shorter and with less pain.
Home Pregnancy tests done several time were negative till 6 wks after her last period and all symptoms have gone. Now she has a sharp pain on one side of her lower tummy (which side?) and severe
low back pain. The cause may be plenty
1) For the last 6 wks she has not got her period, why? If her periods were regular prior to the present problems it has to be investigated for the amenorrhoea.
If there is a history of
irregular periods then it may be an ovulation period.
2) If it is right sided
appendicitis 3) Whichever may be side, Ureteric stone
4) A
urinary tract infection
5) painful
Ovarian Cyst, some time rupture or torsion
6) Any inflammation of large and small intestine
7) If you are sure that no intercourse after her last period ectopic pregnancy can be excluded.
USG and urine and motion analysis will reveal the cause.
If every thing is normal concentrate on spine to arrive at a diagnosis.
best wishes.
