Took Tylenol For Fever During Early Pregnancy. Will It Affect The Fetus?

Hello, I just received a positive pregnancy test (9 or 10 days past ovulation ). I had a mild fever of 101.3 for a few hours before I took tylenol (which kept the fever under control until the next day when the fever was gone) on 4 or 5 dpo. I was wondering if this would have any effect on the zygote/embryo/fetus/etc...? Thank you.

Tylenol is safe to use in pregnacy. It is pregnacy class B which means it has been studied in animals and we have extensive experience in humans.

It will not affect the developing fetus. Congratulations!
