It is not really painful. just a little discomfort. My back tooth bothers me a little and I constantly have a sore in the roof of the mouth . The sore is next to the bad tooth. It feels like a pimple and has a point or a head.
hi,
you did not tell that this is the last tooth or another tooth...........
anyways discomfort and soreness is because of infection/caries in that tooth..............
and if it is a wisdom tooth it may be bacause of infection in that area............
so please go to your dentist and get the whole mouth examination done..........
after examination follow all the instructions given and go for a proper treatment....
nothing to get worried.........
take care

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. the paining tooth must be having caries, due to that infection periodontitis resulted, which causessore ness of surrounding gums, and pointing pus pocket. you have to use antibiotics, antiinflamatory, protiolytic drugs for relief of pain. then the causative tooth is to be extracted. thank you.
