Hello
hanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your Frenulum has been severely injured during forceful and rough sex resulting in to profuse bleeding.{
Please as a first aid apply pressure bandage to the entire penis to stop the bleeding.
Consult qualified surgeon or urologist for proper evaluation .You may need to suture the tear.
Avoid any sexual encounter till it heals completely.
