My Total cholesterol number was 274m HDL 74 Trig.80 LDL 187 other than medication what can I do. I already walk 4 to 5 miles a day, no white sugar, no bread, eat oatmeal daily, no soda at all, kale, spinach and vegetables daily Basically everything I'm supposed to do. also fish oil and flax seed oil . I just need to get that LDL down.
