Trachea With No Muscle, Hole In Heart, Non-viable Lung

A relative has a 3-month-old baby who was born with a trachea with no muscle , a hole in his heart , and a non-viable left lung . The family has gotten back from Cincinnatti Children s Hospital, where surgery was done. Just found out tonight when ER was putting NG tube back in that he has enlarged spleen .....what are the dangers?
