Hello, i got my tragus pierced 19 days ago and it is only swollen and the usual crust on the. Ring of the piercing. I clean it two times a day with h2ocean spray. Today I. Started to experience pain in this ear. The pain has happened twice and it just freaked me out. Do you think its from the piercing or a ear infection?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection on piercing on tragus.
Clean the area with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
This is just local infection and there might not be having infection inside of ear.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course.
