Transvaginal Ultrasound Showing Mass On The Enlarged Ovary. Severe Pain. History Of Breast Cancer And Tachycardia

Hi,
I recently had a transvaginal ultrasound and a regular pelvic ultrasound. The results indicate that I have a mass on an enlarged right ovary. I was also told that they found shadowing over my left ovary. My left ovary has been causing pain....so curious as to what that could mean. Also, I have a history of breast cancer, had a true thyroid storm 5 years ago, have RA, and tachycardia (both in the atrium). Thank you for your help.

First in your case, it is very important to rule out ovarian malignancy for which the recommended tests are: Cytological examination, Serum CA125 and CT scan to see the extent of lesion.
