i just had an transvaginal ultrasound ,.in remarks it says the uterus is anverted with irregular contour and inhomogenoue myometrium there is also a well-circumscribed heterogenous structure measurring 2.8 x 3.1 x 2.6cm noted within lateral myometruim suggestive of an intramural myoma with subserous component. please help me understand this..i aurely cant sleep well tonight...thanks Doc. THE right ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains follicles. The left ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains a cystic structure measuring 1.1x 1.2 x0.8 cm suggestive of a corpus luteum.
