Treated With Steroid Asacol Asatrophine For IBS. How To Stop Diarrhea That Has Been Too Long ?

Hello Dr, i've got a daughter had suffered from IBS about 8 years ago , she been treating with steroid asacol asatrophine, but she still suffered on and off , we are tying to cut down on greasy food , and it is a diferent change. so we want an advice how can you help to stop the diarria complitely it has been too long , she is only in her 30's please i hope to hear from you very soon thankyou sir .

Is it IBS or IBD as steroid and asacol are not prescribed in IBS?
Please upload the symptoms she is having and past and recent investigations .
