Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Cause of your non healing ulcer is diabetes. It impairs the vascular supply. Your HbA1c is very high. Which suggest poor control of your diabetes. So you should control your diabetes first. You can take insulin or oral anti diabetic drugs. Once your sugar is under control your ulcer will heal faster.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
