Treatment For Exhaustion, Nervousness, Panic Attacks?

i had a bad wreck about 8 months ago im always nervous having panic attacks and i dont drive much unless im going to work or to the store. if i have a muscle ache i freak out and think the worst is going to happen i start hyperventilating. i used to always be out and about now all i want to do is stay home cause im always exhausted and scared what should i do im 21 years old

Hello,
you are suffering from panic disorder with agarophobia. Depression is most common codition present co-morbidly. first thing to do is rule out any underlaying cause like to know your cardiostatus E.C.G., 2D-ECHO., thyroid function test. If all things turns out to be normal, then you have to take anti-depressant, anxiolytic for period of atleast 8- 10 months. over period of 1 years doses of your medication need to be updated according to your reponse. also exposure and response prevention and other form of behavioural therapies can help you a lot.
