Hi, My name is “Bharti Gaur”, I am having irregular periods problem since 2 years. I have gone through for Homeopathic treatment as well as allopathic treatment but problem haven’t resolved yet. I have put-on 30 kg extra hair growth on chin and oilyness skin. I am done with all PCOD,Thyroid and hormal tests all reports comes normal but still periods are not regular. Please help me I’ll be very thankful to you.

These symptoms are classic presentation of PCOS and they need a complete diet and lifestyle modification.
Lose weight. Sign up to a weight loss program approved by FDA.
Take ADA diet with low carbohydrates and regular exercise.
I suggest increased fiber; decreased refined carbohydrates, trans fats, and saturated fats; and increased omega-3 and omega-9 fatty acids.Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin D supplements also help.
Following medicines will help
Medications used in the management of PCOS include the following:
Oral contraceptive agents (eg, ethinyl estradiol, medroxyprogesterone)
Antiandrogens (eg, spironolactone, leuprolide, finasteride)
Hypoglycemic agents (eg, metformin, insulin)
Selective estrogen receptor modulators (eg, clomiphene citrate)
Topical hair-removal agents (eg, eflornithine)
Topical acne agents (eg, benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin topical cream (0.02–0.1%)/gel (0.01–0.1%)/solution (0.05%), adapalene topical cream (0.1%)/gel (0.1%, 0.3%)/solution (0.1%), erythromycin topical 2%, clindamycin topical 1%, sodium sulfacetamide topical 10%)

Consult with an endocrinologist for hormonal assessment and pituitary involvement.
