Treatment For Numb, Tingling And Painful Finger?

The right side of my neck along with the right trapezoid has been hurting for several weeks. I have pain radiating down the lateral side of my right arm and numbness and tingling in my right thumb and pointer finger. I did not suffer an injury, but remember straining something when doing pull ups. I am 31 year old male. Otherwise healthy.
