Dear Dr,
I had pain in the ankles and it developed to knee pain .the Dr suggested cartigen forte and evion400. For the past two months I had physiotherapy too once in 2 days . now my knee pain has reduced but while walking my foot gets swelled and is paining

I really appreciate your concern from the history given here I could say that you seem to have arthritic problem, the swelling could be due to the disturbances in return of blood from the veins, the best way to come out of this condition is avoid standing for long time. keep the leg in elevated position while sleeping, better to get done the Hemoglobin test, the low level of Hb some time cause such symptoms, have nice day.
