Treatment For Tender, Swollen, Red Frenulum After Rhinoplasty?

I had rhinoplasty 10 days ago and the dr made an incision in my mouth to loosen my upper labial frenulum. Today my frenulum is tender, swollen and bright red. I'm not sure if I'm getting a canker sore on it or if the sutures got infected. What can I use to treat the swollen area?

Hello

Your symptoms suggest that the wound has become infected and you will need antibiotics to treat it, remember that this is important otherwise it may lead to a unhealthy scar. Please meet your doctor as soon as possible. meanwhile you can start gargling with hexidine mouth wash and avoid spicy food.
Thanks
