A balanced diet is good for healthy hair. Take carrots (
vitamin A), avocados(
vitamin E), whole grains, nuts, seeds, omega 3 fatty acids, whole grains, biotin, vitamin C and D, eggs, spinach and dark green leafy vegetables. Avoid stress and anxiety at all cost. Apply
Minoxidil topical, apply it directly on areas of scanty hair.
Orally you can take Logihair capsules, once daily for a month or two. It effectively reduces hair fall. To reduce acne take care of your personal hygiene. Take showers regularly. Avoid spicy oily junk food. Cut on non vegetarian food for a couple of days. Take vegetarian food.
