Treatment For Type 2 Diabetes, Thyroid And Depression

Hi Doctor, My mom has type 2 diabetes and recently diagnosed for Thyroid too, she also has mood instability + depression occasionally, we are seeking treatment for all of these problems. Additionally I wanted to put her on strict diet, Please help suggesting.

dear user, hi! the idea is to keep sugars strictly under control, maintain thyroid balance and positive thinking. diet needs to be balanced, low carbohydrate, high protein and low fat, with ample multivitamins and minerals. along with all this, a regular exercise plan is a must. regards!
