Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi well come to HCM.
Since she has autoimmune hemolytic anemia steroid are being given and in case of
poor response the dose is being increased. So long she is not out of the crisis she
has to be on steroids and blood transfuion is to be given and other supportive care
as needed. BT given is just replacement and not the cure of the disease and how many
more blood she will require that is not predictable. Kindly keep patience trust your
doctor he will do his best in case of need he take the assitance of hematolaogist, who
are specialised to handle this type of crisis. Thanks
