Welcome to hcm.
There is no need to start antibiotics every time.
It looks to be some what allergic in pattern, and you have to find out it your self.
Is it after some food, chilled consuming, any typical atmosphere, dusty, smoky area.....????
just do warm water gargle every day, avoid spicy, oily and chilled food.
Also avoid aerated,flavored drinks.
Tab. levocetrizine with some nsaid will be helpful but better consult your ent for perfect line management.
