Tried To Smoke, Now The Throat Is Sore, Feel Like A Little Lump. Time To Heal?

I have smoked twice in my life I'm 21yrsc old,the other night while out with friends I smoked about 5 cigarettes and my throat is sore feels like I have a little lump in it,should I be worried,and because I've smoked a small bit,how long would it take to get fit?i most certainly won't be doing it ever again,That's for sure

First of all,let me advice you to quit smoking.
Smoking can cause precancerous lesions and can lead into oral as well as lung infections.
To heal the lump gargle using lukewarm saline and betadine.
Gargle frequently with chlorhexidine mouthrinses.
Take antibiotics if symptoms exists.
Please do visit an ENT specialist for further reference.
