Tripped And Fell. Had Stitches In Suture. Started Vomiting, Headache. Problem?

Hi?

My 3 year old tripped and fell head first into a metal bench on Thursday whilst in Disneyland Paris. We were taken to a French hospital where after 6 hours of waiting they finally stitched him and sent us on our way - no checks were given just in and out the suture room. This morning though he started vomiting and complaining of a headache. Is this something I should be concerned about from the head injury? We are now back in the uk and not sure wether to take him to see someone or wether I'm just over reacting. Thanks

thanks for your query at health care magic.
vomiting and headache after head injury are very concerning symptoms after head injury . this symptoms can be because of raised intracranial tension or bleeds in brain. take immediately to emergency center and do a CT scan brain . it will rule out most of the concerning problems.
