Trying For Baby. Had Cysectomy And Left Fallopian Tube Removed. Tried IUI Twice. Solution?

HI We have been trying to start family for 4 years, i am 33 years old and my hubby is 34 years old. i had a cystectomy done along with my left fallopian tube removed due to blockage. my hubby s sperm count is normal. i tried IUI twice, once before cystectomy and once after cystectomy but didnt get any positive results. i have a regular cycle of 30 days. what should we do

Please consult a fertility specialist at the earliest.
As one fallopian tube is removed, and one ovary has been operated upon, two critical factors in fertility are compromised.
One is the tubes and second is the ovarian reserve, that is the functional capacity of the ovaries to produce viable oocytes or eggs.
You might require a diagnostic laparoscopy again to assess the patency of the other tube.
Moreover, ovarian reserve has to be tested using AMH, FSH and AFC.
Also, you might require the aid of IVF ( in vitro fertilization ) if multiple IUI cycles have yielded no results or if the other tube is blocked.
Please do not waste more time.
