Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

PCOD is one of the most common causes of infertility.
Treatment involves:
(1) Weight loss (if there is excess weight then weight loss actually improves the chances of conceiving).
(2) Glyciphage is also one of the medications normally prescribed for women with PCOD, it reduces the insulin resistance associated with the conditions, facilitates weight loss and improves fertility.
(3) Ubiphene is another recommended drug when the above 2 methods have not produced a result on their own. It induces ovulation/release of an egg from the ovaries. It is usually started on day 3 to 5 and continued for 5 days. If the lower dose is ineffective, your doctor may consider increasing it. Some women are unsucessful with this medication and require other hormonal medication.
(4) Ovacare forte contains antioxidants and vitamins and help with overall health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
