Hello..
Welcome to Health care magic and thanks for writing to us.

Congratulations on quitting smoking !!!!

Hoarseness of voice can be seen after quitting of smoking. Did You have cough after quitting smoking, if there was cough, hoarseness can be due to that.
Or hoarseness can be due to dryness of throat, If thats the case please drink a lot of water and hydrate yourself, it should surely relieve your symptoms.

You can also take salt water gargling to relieve any inflammation present.

you could feel the hoarseness around a month or so.
If symptoms persists please do consult a Physician/ Otorhinolaryngologist.

Please try to avoid people who smoke as it can trigger of your tendency to start smoking again, and indulge yourself in hobbies, go for long walks, play with your pet, or read a book or watch television.

Keep your self busy and try to ignore all the symptoms and tendency to restart smoking.

Hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
