Twin Babies Having Stomach Blockage Problems, One Baby Having Worm In Stool. Will Other Baby Also Have Them?

Hi my grandbaby is a twin one has always been smaller then the other but both have had blockage problems in
their stomach but today I found a worm in her stool will bring her to her doctor, is this something I should be concern about and is it a possibility that both may have them but only one is showing signs of passing them. My email address is YYYY@YYYY .

Hi,

What is the age of baby?

If one is passing worms in stool, the other baby also may have worms in intestines.

Both the babies will need deworming medication such as albendazole in prescribed doseas per the age.

Give the stool for routine examination and for microscopy with the doctor advise and you can give medication with his presciption.
