Twisted Ankle, Wound On Palm After Falling. Skin Around Wound Turned White. Solution?
Hi, I fell today because i twisted my ankle and although it s a little soar I can still walk on it and it has no visible bruises on it. When I hit the ground, my palm of my hand got a deep wound and now the skin around the wound is turning white. What should I do? I would prefer it if you can give me advice that wouldn t need me to seek medical attention outside my home.

Its ok...nothing serious ...u r advisd to do regular dressing of wound if possible to near any clinic becoz if ther is any kind of infection occured it doesn't heal wound....so plz dressing regullary and take antibiotic sfor 3 days to prevent infection....and if there is any type of pain i advised to take painkiller....bye
