Hi,
From the description of your symptoms given by you, one of the possibilities of twitching of the eyelid moving to your neck is a focal motor seizure. There can be other causes as well. In turn, seizures can be present due to many reasons. There are many commoner causes of seizures to consider, before jumping into a conclusion that a brain tumor is causing it. Techniques like Electroencephelogram and CT/MRI brain can be helpful in diagnosing it. An accurate diagnosis is important in order to treat a condition.
And there are many antiepileptic drugs available now in case there is no response to one.
There is no need to worry or panic, it is advisable to visit an experienced neurologist for a solution.
I hope this helps.
