U/S Shows Single Gestational Sac, Embryo And Yolk Sac, FHR 144 Beats/min. Chances Of Abortion?
the ultrasound report- single gestational ac seen in utero with mean sac diameter of app 12.2mm. single embryo and yolk sac are noted within it. CRL measures 11.2mm coressponding to 7 weeks and 2 days of gestation. FHR is 144beats/min and regular. internal os appears closed. no adnexal mass seen on either side, no free fluid seen in POD. Are there chances of abortion in this case... what should be done....

Look, your ultrasound scan shows presence of a live fetus of 7weeks and 2 days.
The fetal heart rate ( FHR) excludes any possibility of abortion.
So, do not worry just follow your treating doctor as instructed.
