Hi,
Your ultrasonogram report says that the gestational age of the baby is 20 weeks and is corresponding to the clinical findings. There is a single fetus, it is a male as evidenced by the external genitalia, there are no obvious defects of major organs and the liquor is sufficient for this stage of pregnancy. The lie of the fetus is not significant at this stage and this is in transverse position; it keeps on changing. The location of the placenta is on the posterior wall of the uterus and is high, so no worry about low-lying placenta. In total, it is a normal report. Good luck.
