Ultrasound Of Abdomen Done. What Does Result Mean. Will This Effect My Pregnancy After Marriage?

I did my ultrasound of my abdomen and my radiology report as below,
The liver is normal sized and increased in echogenicity. No focal level lesion. The intra and extra hepatic bile ducts are not dilated. The gallbladder id normal sized. No gallstones. No gallbladder wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid. The CBD is not dilated. The pancreas is normal sized. The spleen is not enlarged. Both kidneys are normal sizes and echogenicity. No calculus or hydronephrosis. The bladder is normal. No mucosal irregularity or calculus. The uterus and ovaries are normal in sizes. Simple Lt ovarian cyst measuring 1.7cm. No free fluid. No pelvic mass or fluid collection. The Rt & Lt iliac fossae are normal.
Could you explain in details is there will be a problem in my future and I did not married yet. Is that will effect my pregnancy after i get married.

your ultrasound report is absolutely normal..
The 1.7 cm size in the left ovary is developing follicle,,it reaches 2.5 cm and after rupturing releases ova during the time of ovulation..
size more than 2.5 cm are termed as cysts..
Every thing is normal .
don't worry..
For successful pregnancy you should have normal and regular periods..and your husband should have normal motile sperms..
