Ultrasound Of Kidney Done. Do The Results Indicate Necessary Kidney Transplantation?
Dear Sir: Greetings from Sunit Mishra
My Friend's ultrasound showed corticomedullary differentiation is reduced, his serum urea is 198.2 mg/dl and his serum creatinine level is 16.8 mg/dl. Doctor told him to go for kidney transplant. His age is 25 only. Kindly suggest does these much findings result in kidney transplant. He is passing his urine normally though he has lost his appetite.
hi dear if above mentioned findings involving both kidneys then yous doctor in right because at this young age he cannot managed without renal transplantation ,other option for that kind of patient is dialysis but he is young , and if u are giving consent for transplantation go to some good hospital and consult uro-surgeon
