Ultrasound Of Uterus Done. Do I Have Any Chance To Conceive Naturally?

Hi I the ultrasound said my uterus appears bulky and measure 126 x68x98mm. Multiple fibroids are noted in the anterior and posterior myometrum with largest measures 76x49 mm. The endometrium appears thin and regular measuring 6mm. Both ovaries appear normal in size shape and echo texture. The right ovary measures 37x20x30mm volume of 9mls and no fluid or adnexal masses seen. Do I still have a chance to conceive naturally or to have a healthy pregnancy?

Regarding the USG, you have multiple fibroids in the uterus and the uterus is also enlarged in size.
The endometrial cavity is the one where one conceives the pregnancy and that appears to be normal and not affected in your case.
As far as I think you can undergo a normal pregnancy but you should consult a gyn and possibly get operated for the bigger fibroids.
These days, we have a new technique of MRgFUS which is very helpful in cases of fibroids. It is done under MR guidance and with usage of focussed Ultrasound waves the fibroids are burnt so there is no need for operation/hospitalisation. It is commonly done in South India in coimbatore as well as Chennai. That will be ideal in your case so that no part of your uterus is removed and then you can easily have a natural and healthy pregnancy.
