It stated as follows...Uterus is anterverted. .measuring 4.4 x 6.2 x 6.2 1.4 cmectopic eres is a 2cm subtotal fibroid in the anterior fundus, a 0.9 cm ..the endometrium is demonstrated thickness of 1.0

Fibroids uterus as described .. No evidence of an intrauterine gestational sac..early intrauterine pregnancy. . Spontaneous abortion ...and ectopic pregnancy cannot
Be excluded.

I want to know the clinical history and whether the urine test for pregnancy was positive or not. It also seems that the report you wrote is incomplete. More elaborate report will be helpful.
