Ultrasound Report Of Uterus States Some Irregularities. What Do The Findings Imply?
my ultrasound remarks says within the right adnexa is a tubulocystic structure measures 3.57 x 2.12 x 2.08cm (8.25ml), thick-walled with incomplete septations, containing low-level echoes and heterogenous looking irregular mural densities which in color flow showed absence of color suggestive of tubal pathology. The posterior myometrium demonstrate coarse echopattern suggestive of posterior adenomyosis. what does it mean.

Your ulrasound report suggests two pathologies/abnormalities:
1. Condition of the fallopian tubes which has resulted in partial or complete obstruction of your tubes, which could result in complications like infertility, etc. Please consult your doctor at the earliest for treatment options
2. Adenomyosis is a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus which has to normally be present only inside the uterus, can be found in places outside the reproductive tract as well, please consult your doctor regarding a confirmed diagnosis

The tubal pathology is likely to be due to infection, likely to be pelvic inflammatory disease.
Adenmyosis mean
presence of endometrial lining cells in the wall of uterus instead of just covering the inner surface of uterus.
