Hello

A trans vaginal ultrasound is more sensitive than trans abdominal ultrasound in an early pregnancy.

A well formed gestational sac and yolk sac are reassuring. Fetal pole is usually visualised at the 6th week. If not, there is nothing to panic.Fetal pole may be visualised in the repeat scan.

Have a repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks which will be coclusive.
