Ultrasound Revealed Cystic Lesion In Left Adenexa. Planning To Conceive. Guide

Hello Doctor,
I recently had a ultrasound which says ' Well defined cystic lesion measuring 7.5X7.6 cm is seen in left adenexa with low level internal echoes.'
I am 33 with no children and trying to conceive since last two months. Request you to kindly help me if I can be pregnant with this condition.
My periods are regular, and I have pain on the first two days of my periods, Third day I am fine.

Hello.Your gynecologist probably request additional test for diagnose cyst.If confirmed the benign lesion, cysts under 10 cm without symptoms(pain...) not need surgery, only ultrasounds controls. The problem is that during pregnancy complications cyst may exist and decided surgery the cyst before pregnancy.Your ginecologyst will decide.By now recommended no try conceive before the decision of your gynecologist. If surgery is needed, quiet,is surgery with minimal incision and does not affect your fertility.
I wish you good health
