Hello,

For premenstrual cramps you can take Tab Spasmonil after physician consultation. And for other pains you may take Tab Ibuprofen after physician consultation. Kindly do not take both Tablets at same time. Use hot water bag and diclofenac gel locally to reduce pain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
