The mild increse in liver may be because you have a fatty liver. This is cause bu a variety of causes. If you on alcohol u must avoid it along with fatty food. The enlarged spllen may be an indicator of an infection. But ultrasound alone is not enough for a diagnosis. A detailed history, blood tests and examination is necessary to diagnose. You should see a dcotor who will be able to do this for you.
