Ultrasound result was both ovaries have multiple immature subcapsular follicles w/in. There is a unilocular, cystic, thin-walled mass lateral to the left ovary measuring 5.07 x 3.24 x 3.8 cm.
Normal sized, anteverted uterus with a thicked endometrium bilateral polycystic ovaries. T/C paratubal VS pa-ovarian cyst, left..

Next time you should put your age and reason for getting USG. The scan report suggests that you are suffering from PCOD. It has treatment and you can cure it. Get done FBS, PPBS and lipid profile to rule out diabetes and lipid abnormality which are common with PCOS. There are chance of other disease also, but PCOS is most common.
I like to refer you for the Gynaecologist for thorough examination for final diagnosis and treatment with explaination as it is most important here. Hope you are cleared with the query. Take care.
