had a ultra sound of stmach galbladdrer pancreas liver kidneys and they say O have a squelae pacreas what does this mean is this bad I have had this problem for over 2 yrs and no one could figure it out 2 yrs ago and now this come up I had a sister that had cancer of the bile duct of the galbladder and moved to her liver stomach and intestines she didnt make it should i be concered
