Ultrasound Showing Enlarged Retroverted Uterus With Myometrial Echoes Suggestive Of Adenomyosis. Polycystic Ovaries. Advice?

hello doctor in grace 34 years old. i had transviginal untrasound and the final impression of the doctor is that the transviginal scan shows a slightly enlarged retroverted uterus with coarse myometrial echoes suggestive adenomyosis . The endometrium measures 1.53cm with tiny cystic spaces w/in. both ovaries contain multiple small subcapsulas follicles, less than 1 cm in size, more than 12 in numbers suggestive of polycystic ovaries. What does this mean?

PCOS is a hormone disease which affects menstruation and conception at many levels. Adenomyosis is a common cause of menstrual excessive flow and excessive flow during periods. Take care and all the best.
