Hello doctor. I am Arun from Kerala, India. My age is 23. I am Working in a private company. My problem is, I am unable to balance my body while walking, feeling weakness, nausea , some times dizziness . I amgeeting headache occassionally. Please guide me to get better diagnosis and treatment .
The most common reason for these symptoms in a woman your age is pregnancy. It would be wise to rule that out first. The next most common reason would be mild dehydration. Sometimes, by just increasing fluid intake, these symptoms can be relieved. It is also important to have your blood pressure checked (as well as a complete physical exam) to make sure there are no other underlying problems
