Unable To Ejaculate During Sex, Ejaculation Possible On Masturbation. Due To Vasectomy?

I had a vasectomy about a year ago and as time has progressed I found it difficult and now impossible to ejaculate inside of my wife s vagina . She is slim, well maintained, beautiful. I can still ejaculate with her hands, mouth or with my hands. Is this psychological or physiological or is there any association with vasectomy and problems with ejaculation?

Dear subtleirony it has nothing to do with your vasectomy, if you are ejaculating with other means it clears the doubt the something has wrong in path and passage of ejaculation. now then comes the mind hence you can say that your problem is psychological and the condition is called as cohabitational incompetence. Treatment is suggested to this condition is you try to reach the ejaculation point by masturbation with your partners support or yourself and as you reach to ejaculation point try to insert in vagina and do ejaculate inside gradually you will be able to ejaculate with routine vaginal intercourse. may take time but results are quite positive in such cases.
