hi Dr.
I am unable to feel sweetness in my tongue. Salt, sour and bitter tastes i can feel. I do not have any habits like drinking, smoking etc. I am 38 and having a body weight 45 kg, i am very thin. I do not have any diseases, but migrane troubles me frequently and i am taking Panadol whenever it attacks. Stomach gets upset very fast and digestion is poor. If I could get an answer, I will be immensely grateful to you.Thanking you,

Hello,

You're suffering from loss of sweet taste sensation.
You are suffering from migraine for which you're taking Paracetamol.
Paracetamol can create metallic taste.
You're also having acid peptic disease.
Regurgitation of gastric acid will also cause.
Cranial nerve examination is needed to assess the cause.
