You are in young age, and having problems like poor sleep, poor concentration, serious always or more precisely low mood, irritable mood etc. These symptoms may be an indication of Mild Depressive Episode. Mild depression is characterized by features of low mood, lack of energy, lack of pleasure in anything, low concentration, poor sleep, fatigue etc. So these symptoms should not be ignored.
You should first of all get your Thyroid Functions tested (T3,T4,TSH) as low thyroid hormones may be there in depression.
Low vitamin B12 levels may be there associated with depression.
Kindly visit a good psychiatrist for expert opinion.
Thanks
